Agentic Work & Copilot Cowork
Give agents a defined place in the work.
An agent becomes useful when its responsibilities are clear, its context is sufficient, and the people working with it know what to expect. Introducing agents into an organization is therefore a question of work design as much as technology.
Developing the capacity to delegate
We examine the work people carry across documents, conversations, applications, and decisions. Together, we identify responsibilities that can be delegated, the evidence of satisfactory completion, and the points where human judgment remains essential.
Copilot Cowork provides a way to explore this approach within Microsoft 365. We help shape useful tasks, reusable instructions, and review practices around the organization’s information, permissions, and working habits. The scope follows the capabilities available in the customer’s environment.
Preparing agents—and the people who work with them
Preparing an agent means making expectations explicit: instructions, relevant context, examples, tools, and evaluations. People learn how to brief an agent, examine its output, correct misunderstandings, and decide when it can carry more responsibility.
This discipline is distinct from training or fine-tuning a model. Our Private AI & Model Development work addresses those requirements when the task calls for them.
